I started this workout routine on 3 days a week. I put it together to give me a general all round workout and then focus on certain key areas other days.
Inside my workout routine I reveal the exact workout I’ve been doing that’s got me in the shape I have always wanted. If you can only go to the gym three days a week my workout routine will fit around that schedule.
3 Day Routine:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday (for example) – shoulders, legs, chest, back, abs and arms
- Can Increase difficulty as strength improves
- General all round mobility and strength
This is the exact same workout routine I did and continue to do! All done in 35 minutes or less!
