As the saying goes, abs are made in the kitchen and revealed in the gym! In this meal plan guide Kevin O’Connor shares his breakfast, lunch and dinner meal plans along with snack ideas he has to keep him feeling full for longer. These meals are also based around Kevin’s calorie deficit and his macros (40% protein, 35% carbohydrates and 25% fat).
Inside my meal plans I reveal the five breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners I eat on a regular basis that help me reach my macros and meet my calories for the day. I’ve also included snacks, desserts and drinks, too!

I hate cooking. If you’re like me you like tasty meals and quick. So, out of the 15 meals included, 14 meals take 5 MINUTES OR LESS to prepare! One takes 10 minutes and that’s because I use a steamer for the baby potatoes!
