In this meal plan guide Kevin O’Connor shares his breakfast, lunch and dinner meal plans along with snack ideas he has to keep him feeling full for longer. These meals are also based around Kevin’s calorie deficit and his macros (40% protein, 35% carbohydrates and 25% fat).

Inside my meal plans I reveal the five breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners I eat on a regular basis that help me reach my macros and meet my calories for the day. I’ve also included snacks, desserts and drinks, too!

Nope! I am a vegetarian but there's nothing stopping you replacing my meat substitutes with your own!
Yes and it wasn't difficult either! I just logged my meals and stuck to my calorie deficit. I also worked out 3 days a week to start.

Yep, you still have breakfast, lunch and dinner right? Then there's no issue!
No one has to do anything! But I did. I worked out because I wanted to maximise my efforts by working out to burn the excess fat. I also wanted to develop a shape to my body.
Up to you - but you're looking to reduce your calories here and some alcoholic drinks are very high in sugars and calories. Personally, I avoid it.
Join the club, I hate cooking and was never any good at it. That's why 14 if these meals can be made in 5 minutes or less! I just don't want to spend longer in the kitchen than what is necessary.
